Information must be accurate, current and not misleading, with photos and videos that fairly represent the animal. Listings come down once a pet is no longer available.
Full disclosure
Health and vet documentation, temperament and behavior, and for breeders, full parent profiles. Details are written out, not just ticked in a box.
Real photos
Listing photos need to be real. Our team reviews photo authenticity manually, and anyone can flag one that looks AI-generated.
A refund policy you can see
Every seller picks a refund and health-guarantee policy from a fixed set of options, shown on their profile before you buy.
Laws followed
Sellers agree to comply with the laws that apply to the sale, adoption or transport of the animal.

In return, we
Hold up our end
- Keep buyer payments in a protection hold until you confirm your pet arrived
- Show every seller's trust badges, reviews and refund policy
- Review every report of a listing within 24 hours
Not allowed
- False, misleading or fraudulent information in a listing or message
- Taking payment for an animal off the platform to avoid fees
- Harassing, threatening or discriminating against another member
- Selling an animal in violation of the law
